Sleepy Hollow Trail

Sleepy Hollow Trail climbs through aspen forest approximately three miles one way to overlook Strawberry Reservoir.

Where the trail joins Chicken Creek Road, take the left fork and climb another mile to the Red Ledge, cliffs of red conglomerate formations well worth the extra distance. Some steep ascents and round trip mileage make this a moderate hike.

To access the trailhead, approximately 24 miles southeast of Heber City on US Hwy 40, turn left on Co-op Creek road and travel about 3 miles to a dead-end turnoff on the right. Parking is limited and the trail is open to non-motorized use only. Chicken Creek Road to Red Ledge is open to motor vehicles, please be cautious.
