A river tumbles easily beneath cottonwoods and wooded trails wind about the canyon and up its walls to small pools and springs. In the 1850's Brigham Young sent Mormon missionaries to the "Iron County" area to mine iron. The Iron Mission museum tells their story. Displays include horse-drawn vehicles and a collection of Indian and pioneer artifacts.
