The BLM manages no larger waterfowl area in Utah than this. The marshes of the Green River are the setting for this diverse and bird-rich preserve - over 105 species of birds and mammals are here.
Basic Directions
From Vernal, drive US 40 west to Fort Duchesne, then go south for about five miles. You'll just pass the Duchesne River and head into the Myton "Y." From the Y, turn south off the paved road and take the dirt road 16 miles across Leland Beach until you reach Pariette. Follow the signs.
