The Mine Trail climbs past old mines and a cabin to reach the ridge south of Beaver Creek. This unmaintained trail offers spectatcular views of Mount Timpanogos to the west. Advanced users may return to Beaver Creek Trail via the Cedar and Plantation Trails by following an off-trail route which traverses the south slope of elevation 8829'.
